Before I started the jabs, I used to think One Size Fits All was No Go. Admittedly not many One Size pieces would fit size 22/24 me. So I have turned down beautiful pieces because well, one size did not fit me.
Try me now on my weight loss journey 😜 I think it is the best next thing. Why? Because one dress will fit me as I go through my journey.
Take this dress from, for example. I know it was popular over the weekend so only some colours left. It is one size fits 12-18 but truly, I was able to fit in it as an 18/20 pear shape too.
Who knew One Size would become my favourite size on this journey? The stuff we can’t imagine about the stuff we don’t know guys.. honestly.

January has been slow so far.. after a great couple of weeks of thousands of steps a day while away, the reality of the freezing temperatures in London, back to work/school etc has been trickier than expected.
Good job I didn’t set myself any crazy new year goals and I don’t stress about it. Just slowly trying to get back into a routine of doing some movement daily, and having a little reward if I do.
