Pasaron personas por mi vida que me intentaron ayudar y motivar para dar un cambio total y sinceramente les estarรฉ eternamente agradecido a esas personas, algunas de las cuales ya no estรกn en mi vida actualmente pero aun asรญ siempre tendrรกn un hueco en mi corazรณn.
Creo que la gente que te rodea puede ser una gran ayuda para motivarte e intentar aconsejarte, por eso es muy importante tener a buenos amigos cerca y yo sinceramente creo que tengo a los mejores ๐ซถ, pero tambiรฉn pienso que por mucho que tu al rededor te diga x cosa si tu mismo no eres el que le eche huevos de verdad y diga vale vamos a por todas, no vas a llegar a ningรบn lado, asi quรฉ desde ya, si tu que estas leyendo esto te lo estas pensando yo te รกnimo a que lo hagas y te dejes de excusas, ya me lo agradecerรกs:)
Creo sin lugar a dudas que apuntarme al gym y contactar con un profesional para tema nutriciรณn/entrenamientos fue de las mejores decisiones que he tomado en mi vida y os lo recomiendo a toda aquella persona que quiera dar un cambio en su vida, no os vais a arrepentir.

No os voy a negar que los primeros dias en el gimnasio fueron faciles, no tenia ni idea de como hacer los ejercicios ( sigo sin tener ni pt idea xd ) no conocia a nadie, no sabia que maquinas usar ni como iba a salir la cosa pero aรบn asรญ dije venga va vamoโ a juga, total que puedo perder? y os digo la verdad? Fue la mejor decisiรณn que he tomado en mi vida, el gimnasio a dia de hoy es una parte importantรญsima en mi vida, me ha ayudado ya no solo para verme mejor y sentirme mejor fรญsicamente si no que tambiรฉn me ayudรณ para mejorar mi calidad de vida ( alimentaciรณn, horarios etc.. ) Ojalรก haber tomado esta decisiรณn antes pero mas vale tarde que nunca
En fin, tampoco quiero daros la chapa, pero si alguno de vosotrxs esta dudando en si apuntarse al gimnasio o no, no lo hagais que ya hay mucha gente y las maquinas estan petadas.. NAAH es coรฑa, hazlo, apรบntate no te defraudarรก
