I can’t with all the dresses and clothes from #RachelRiley -obviously what she will be wearing on her 3rd birthday!! I can’t believe it’s been almost 3 years since she came to bring sunshine into my life every single day, my little sunshine and rainbow Summer Iris 🌞🌈

I see some new faces, and I know some of you have been here for many years, yet may not have seen the full journey behind what I share.
For nearly 15 years, Whitney’s Wonderland has been a space for fashion, travel, beauty, lifestyle and, eventually, motherhood -all rooted in inspiration, integrity, the best experiences, creativity with soul and love.
What hasn’t always been visible is the inner work that quietly supported every chapter, especially as life deepened and mental health became something I had to tend to with real intention.
Becoming a mother changed me profoundly. It deepened my awareness of balance, emotional regulation and the importance of caring for my nervous system for myself and for the little human watching me.
Along the way, practices like breath, sound, kundalini yoga, energy healing, nature and ritual became anchors so I went “back to school” to study, gain knowledge, and certify myself to be of service to others. I love learning and I’m forever a student of ancestral wisdom. Not as trends or performances, but as tools that support my mental health, creativity and presence.
That calling eventually led me to create -a space born from my own experiences, where I’ve hosted retreats and restorative experiences centred around slowing down and reconnecting 🌿
Whitney’s Wonderland will always remain a space for fashion, beauty, travel, lifestyle and motherhood. That isn’t changing 🤍
Like all of us, I continue to evolve. Now more than ever with more intention and presence. And for those curious about the spiritual, deeper side of my journey, I share that more openly at.

Thank you 2025. You were not easy. But you were necessary. And thank you for all the beautiful souls in my life, everyone who touched my heart this year even if briefly, everyone who hurt me was a teacher. I’m grateful for all. So so many lessons learned, so much forgiveness, so much understanding. None of this would have happened without all the people that were mirrors for me this year.
And as always, what I’m grateful for the most is my little one. She is my biggest blessing, the absolute best experience God has given me 🙏🏼

Let me start by sharing end of 2024 was a weird time for me. I had been on fight or flight mode since I became a mum, devoting all my time and attention to my little one which I’m so grateful I was able to and it’s exactly what I wanted but not how I had imagined. I lacked the support I thought I would have and was depleted, with zero motivation, feeling stuck, burnt out, and with little sense of direction.
I knew I wanted to finally embrace my spiritual side to share here too and wanted to make it my life’s work, not just my private practice.
I had felt the call mid 2024 after attending a sound and breathwork session where I had a break through. I felt called to make this change and became a Certified Sound Healer. I had completed studies as a Spiritual Coach before then but hadn’t come around to practice it all.
Now looking back I wonder if early 2025 I had some sort of depression. It wasn’t like the big one I had had a few years back, it was more circumstantial. A lack of being able to breathe, to have space, to be myself as I am.

All done with love and attention to detail just as The Nutcraker Ballet which is absolute perfection and beauty 👌🏼
What a stunning show! Everything was impeccable, I’m in awe of how majestic the whole production is and the incredible talent and hard-work of the dancers! The show was emotional, moving, stunning……. Ballet is definitely my thing! Loved it so so much!! 🩰
To top it off we celebrated Sir Peter Wright’s 99th birthday which made it all so much more special, what an honour to be there!
The cherry on top was wearing the work of art that is this stunning dress from which made me feel like a real life princess 💃🏻
