This is why I always say as long as you have an active follicle, YOUR HAIR CAN GROW! You have to just give it what it needs to grow and understand the science behind it and the scalp. None of my clients have an issue with growth in my chair and we aren’t doing hair growth oils or pills, we are simply identifying what their specific hair + scalp needs, loving on them both keeping it pH balanced, maintaining a healthy diet, drinking water and keeping the follicles unclogged so they can breathe.

She had a lot of heat damage when she first sat in my chair and our goal is to grow it all out without doing a complete big chop. We have about 6-8 more months to go and then no more straight damaged pieces but all beautiful curls 😍
This is why it’s so important that when you go to a stylist they aren’t giving you a quick shampoo and conditioner ( I spend exactly 60 mins in the shampoo bowl) and flat ironing you on high heat with no protection to your hair shaft. You should be receiving a shampoo, conditioner, deep treatment and a leave in that will all work together to nourish and protect your hair from heat. I do not play when it comes to heat damage in my chair and if you arrive with it, my goal is to get you on a consistent hair care plan and get that heat damage all off at your pace. 🩷

Being not ignorant of satan’s devices and looking deeper into things, seeking revelation and clarity through The Holy Spirit is what destroys the devils plans to steal, kill and destroy.
Imagine if my client came in and said she was experiencing itching and I treated her like she just had dry scalp and just used a moisturizing shampoo (which I’m not a fan of lol) on her and added some oil to her scalp, she would still be experiencing the same issues and would’ve never gotten any type of relief like the other places she’s visited, because it takes MORE.
