Last night, the Goo Goo Dolls were 110% as good — and actually even better — in person. Lead singer John Rzeznik’s voice is incredible; he hit every note perfectly, and his guitar playing is some of the best I’ve ever heard. The entire band was tight and on point the whole show.

Wow, it definitely sounds old saying I am 50 today. I 💯 don't feel it, I honestly feel the same as in my 20s.
Still work out 5 to 6 days a week in the gym. Walk 10k steps a day at the beach. My eating is 85% clean and 15% eat whatever I want. I have been on a very clean diet for the last 2 months, as I made a promise to myself to look my best for the big 50.
This Sunday kicks off nfl season, and I definitely will be eating lots of pizza, burgers, wings, and whatever else I can stuff down for nfl Sunday.
Monday to Friday, I eat very clean, Saturday is a little relaxed, and Sunday is my cheat day during nfl season.
You have to enjoy life and find a balance, or any diet plan will not work long term as a lifestyle.
