The orbicularis oculi muscle is the muscle around your eyes. It’s job is to contract and close your eyelids. Placing Botox at the corners of the eyes will relax the muscle, preventing the downward pull at the edge of your brows and provide a lift. I place small amounts of Botox as I start to approach the under eye area. This maintains contraction of the lower eyelid resulting in a very natural smile and Botox result ☺️.
