So we knocked down the wall between the bathroom and the separate toilet to open it up. It was never going to be a huge space, but we got our great builder to make a bespoke sink unit to maximise the storage space. We also went for a floating sink unit and walk hung toilet, again to create the illusion of space. I was keen for everything to be symmetrical which didn’t quite happen as we have an old house and wonky walls. But my old sketch is not too far off!
