I had the chance to attend Ludwig-Erhard-Gipfel 🇩🇪
And one question dominated almost every conversation:
—> How does Germany get back to the top?
Because behind discussions around:
- Innovation.
- Competitiveness
- Economic growth
One thing became clear:
Germany doesn’t lack talent.
Germany doesn’t lack ideas.
Germany has a speed problem.
And in today’s world, hesitation becomes expensive.
What we need now?
More speed. More courage. More willingness to change.
That’s also why so many conversations felt incredibly timely.
My personal highlight?
The different perspectives.
The spontaneous exchanges.
And of course:
The beautiful Tegernsee setting!
Thank you so much, Wim, for the invitation and the amazing event!! 🙏

seem to get opportunities constantly…
even when they’re not the smartest person in the room.
At first I thought it was about:
better experience,
better resumes,
better skills.
But apparently it’s something else.
The people winning are usually the people who:
1. show up repeatedly
2. comment before they need something
3. post before they feel ready
4. make people see their name again and again
5. become associated with one topic
6. turn strangers into familiar faces
7. share opinions, not just achievements
8. reply fast enough to start conversations
9. build recognition before they need trust
10. understand that being known beats being perfect
That’s why invisible experts lose to visible beginners all the time.
LinkedIn doesn’t reward the most qualified person.
It rewards the person people remember first.

Choose the moments that make you think:
“I can’t believe I did that.”
Instead of living with:
“I should have done that.”
1. Choose 3 topics people should instantly associate with your name.
2. Fix your profile until strangers instantly understand your value.
3. Save content ideas before your brain convinces you they’re “stupid.”
4. Build a simple weekly system: brainstorm —> write —> batch —> post
5. Start posting once weekly until consistency becomes part of your identity.
Because personal brands usually don’t grow from one viral post.
They grow from being impossible to forget.

To build my own business on LinkedIn.
(Yes, you read that right.)
Most people called it crazy.
But the real risk?
Ignoring a calling you can’t un-hear.
I didn’t leave because something was wrong.
I left because something inside me felt too right to ignore.
It started quietly.
✏️ Writing posts after work
🎤 Speaking on a few stages
💡 Discovering a voice I didn’t know I had
Then the signal became louder than the fear.
- A brand resonating with thousands
- A vision I couldn’t stop thinking about
- A version of myself I hadn’t met yet
Eventually the question changed.
It wasn’t:
“Why would you leave a dream job?”
It became:
“What if staying is the bigger risk?”
So I jumped.
✅ Walked away from a job, team & place I loved
✅ Left behind a six figure salary at 27
✅ Said yes to uncertainty and to myself
Since then, I’ve gone all in.
- Building as a LinkedIn influencer and keynote speaker
- Growing this community to 68k (and counting!)
- And building everything in public, right here
To anyone standing on that edge.
That whisper in your gut?
It’s not fear.
It’s your future refusing to stay quiet.
PS: Ever felt that pull? I’d love to hear your story. 🔽

Last weekend, I was invited to dinner with him in Frankfurt.
But here’s the crazy part:
When I found out, 7 hours before, I was still in Berlin.
No plan. No outfit.
No idea if I’d even make it.
So when you find yourself in that situation, what do you do?
A) Ignore the message, pretend you didn’t see it
B) Tell yourself there’s no way you’ll make it in time
C) Accept the risk, pack your bag in 5 minutes… and run!
I think that the answer to that question
says a lot about you.
As you might have guessed, I chose option C):
- Took the next train
- Booked my hotel on the way
- Checked in. Got changed within minutes
And somehow…
—> MADE IT!
The moment I walked in, I couldn’t help but think:
- What do you really ask someone who has done it all?
The answer was simpler than I expected.
Not just about business.
But about life, health, and everything in between.
Because one thing AI will never replace?
Real connections. Built in rooms like this.
What I loved most?
- The attention to detail from the The Diary Of A CEO team.
- And that they sweat the small stuff.
A great reminder that we can ALWAYS improve 1%.
Ever. Single. Day.
Thank you SO much, Steven & DOAC team,
for creating the space for so many amazing conversations! 🖤
PS: Be honest, would you have gotten on that train? 🔽

This community grew a lot last year!
So it’s time to (re)introduce myself.
I’m Victoria, a 27-year-old ex-LinkedIn employee who recently quit her job.
Now I’m one of Germany’s fastest-growing LinkedIn Influencers,
Reaching 20M+ people every single year.
A few years ago, I was just another job seeker:
- Sending countless applications
- Facing rejections
- Hoping for one big “yes” (from the right company!)
Then I landed my dream job at LinkedIn,
Moved to Dublin,
And posted my first ever “I’M IN.”
That post went viral, and EVERYTHING changed.
Suddenly, recruiters from all big tech player were in my inbox.
So I started speaking about how talent & companies can connect via Linkedin.
Fast forward:
I’ve worked with amazing companies like...
Duolingo, LinkedIn, Google, Tide, Roche, OMR, TEDx, DMEXCO and so many more!
From social media cooperations to Europe’s biggest stages.
So what’s my topic?
- I help ambitious professionals believe in themselves +build careers (their way)
- And I help companies connect with the next generation
If you’re building your career or a side hustle,
Or are ready to open doors you didn’t know existed…
—> You’re exactly at the right place.
