1/4 monk fruit
1/4 water
Lots of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Salt
2-3 tablespoons honey
Into a pan, add three bananas, them and add water. Bring this to a boil. after the ingredients like it, cook for about five minutes. Once to mixture sure is combined, let it simmer. You’re then gonna blend this up into a sauce like consistency.
Banana cold foam
2/3 heavy whipping cream
3 pumps low sugar vanilla syrup
salt
3/4 banana (semi ripe)
Blend this until thick!
The sugar content mainly comes from the bananas. There is some sugar but it’s so minimal, it doesn’t hurt plus it comes from honey and the cold foam has some from the syrup. You can also skip the syrup and use monk fruit to keep it fully sugar free.
