Шо по яйцям?
1. Спочатку варимо. І охолоджуємо.
2. Серветку хаотично малюємо олівцями (рекомендую обрати світлі кольори).
3. Замотаємо сухе варене яйце в середину серветки і завязуємо резинкою.
4. Вмокаємо в склянку з теплою водою і трошки оцту. Тримаємо декілька секунд. І залишаємо висихати на тарілці близько 1 години.
5. Розкриваємо яйця.

коли потрібно швидко, смачно і без зайвого стресу 🤍

Для опари:
* Тепле молоко 200 мл
* Цукор 1 ст.л
* Сухі дріжджі 7 г (якщо живі то 21 г)
* Борошно 1 ст.л
Для тіста
* Яйце 1, + 2 жовтка
* Цукор 100 гр
* Сіль щіпка
* Вершкове масло 80 гр
* Борошно 450 гр
Для начинки:
* Вершкове масло 60 гр
* Родзинки 100 г + цукати 30-40 г (за смаком).
Опара: З’єднуємо тепле молоко + цукор + дріжджі + борошно. Перемішуємо, накриваємо, і залишаємо в теплому місці на 10-15 хв.
Тісто: Яйце та жовтки взбиваємо з цукром, та сіллю до пишного стану. Продовжуємо взбивати та додаємо розтоплене вершкове масло. Вливаємо опару, перемішуємо та поступово додаємо просіяне борошно. Замішуємо еластичне тісто спочатку лопаткою, а потім руками хвилин 15.
Якщо тісто липне до рук не варто додавати більше борошна, краще змастити тісто та руки олією. Перекладаємо тісто в ємкість змащену олією. Накриваємо харчовою плівкою, та залишаємо в теплому місці на 1.5-2 години.
Готове тісто ділимо на дві однакові частини. Розкатуємо в прямокутник. Змащуємо вершковим маслом (розтопленим, або кімнатної температури), та додаємо родзинки з цукатами. Скручуємо в рулет. Щіплюємо края. Розрізаємо, з одного краю не дорізаючи до кінця. Та скручуємо як по�
