* 20 g Erythrit
* 1-1½ TL Zimt
* 3g Backpulver
* 1 Prise Salz
➡️ Cinnamon-Swirl
* 1 TL Zimt
* 1 TL Erythrit
* 1 TL Wasser
→ zu einer dickflüssigen Zimt-Paste verrühren
🤍 fürs Frosting (nach dem Backen)
* 30 g Frischkäse light
* 1 scoop ESN Flavor Powder White Chocolate

* 1-2 TL Milch
👩🏽🍳 Zubereitung:
1. Griechischen Joghurt und Ei glatt rühren.
2. Instant Oats, Whey Cinnamon Cereal, Erythrit, Zimt und Salz unterrühren, bis ein dicker, cremiger Teig entsteht.
3. Backpulver ganz zum Schluss unterheben.
4. Teig in eine ofenfeste Form geben.
5. Cinnamon-Swirl spiralförmig auf den Teig geben und leicht einziehen.
6. Bei 170 °C Ober-/Unterhitze für ca. 22 min backen
7. Frosting vorbereiten: Frischkäse, Flavor Powder und Milch glattrühren, bis ein cremiges, leicht fließendes Frosting entsteht. Nach dem Backen auf die warme (nicht heiße) Cinnamon-Bun-Roll streichen.
