Es ist immer wieder schön, bekannte Gesichter zu treffen und neue passionierte Menschen kennen zu lernen.
Doch kommen wir nun zur VNB Erkenntnis: Ein Hype wirft einen riesengroßen Schatten auf das Herz einer Marke. From cocktails to canapés at the wonderful the perfume house came to life in every sense.
The collection captures a series of olfactory stories inspired by the hidden sides of the city, its golden mosaics, velvet-lined palazzos, candlelit bars, silk, spices and the lingering glamour of 1920s Venice.
The two that stayed with me most were Peggy and Harry’s. Peggy is magnetic and elegant, soft woods, incense, amber and musks wrapped together in this velvety, structured way that sits beautifully on skin. Harry’s, on the other hand, had a darker and more cinematic energy to it: smoky woods, leather, incense and warm amber that instantly transported me to how I imagine late nights in old Venetian bars filled with artists, writers and candlelight.
