Since making my husband try a butter pie for the first time, he's been obsessed 😂 a true Lancastrian delicacy and absolutely delicious 😍 he decided to make his own butter pie and of course he had to go that little bit extra and try put Blackpool Tower on it for decoration 👌 not to toot his horn too much but it was soooo good and will definitely be pushing him to make it again 🙌
Saw this Greek dish called Strapatsada and immediately had to try it 😍 it's a homemade tomato sauce, mixed with eggs and then topped with feta and parsley 🧀 not sure if I made it properly to count as Strapatsada but it was absolutely delicious 👌 I will definitely be making this again 🙌

I absolutely love making food from films and this time, we tried a play on Creme de la Creme a la Edgar from The Aristocats 🐈 it was such a warming and super comforting dish for a cosy film night in 👌
My local Tesco has just started doing scamorza so I'm absolutely over the moon 😄 scamorza is one of my favourite cheeses ❤️ I'll happily eat it cold but hot & melty....it gives amazing cheese pulls 👌 I'll definitely be getting more and starting to pair it with things, I'm thinking maybe some honey or cranberry sauce but I was just craving it by itself today 😍

I absolutely loveeeeee a good Welsh Rarebit and I can't believe I haven't tried to make it myself before 😍 it turned out soooo amazing and delicious and packed full of flavour 👌 it was cheesy & comforting and exactly what I was craving 🙌 the recipe is so simple! If you're veggie, just make sure you use a vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 👏
Ingredients:
25g butter
25g sauce flour
120ml Guinness
140g mature cheddar
1 tsp dijon mustard (I used )
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (I used a vegan one - again, from )

I always see people raving about the food at so we definitely had to try it for ourselves 👌 we looked at a menu and basically wanted everything 😂 this place definitely lives up to the hype, relaxed vibe, delicious food, great tinned fish selection (which Will was sooo excited for 😂) and such a fab team behind it 👏

The perfect warmer cocktail in this cold weather 😍 I’d actually never made a hot toddy before but definitely needed to make one when I can feel a cold coming on 👏 what’s your go to winter cocktail? ❄️
I'm obsessed with lemonade & blueberry scones so when I was going to make them and had some in the fridge, a genesis idea came to mind 👌 I did realise half way through baking that I think mixed up the flour containers and that's why they're so flat 😂😂 but I made some whipped cream and blueberry compote, absolutely delicious 😍
