秋の暮らしは、もっぱら🍄中心😚
おじいちゃんの100%趣味で作った
キノコの山。
原木栽培のなめこは10〜11月が旬です。
春に間伐した木を丸太にし
ドリルで穴を開け菌を植え
山へ運び、1年半の間
積み上げて定期的に水をかけ
マルタ全体に菌を回します。
そのあとで、平に並べて
夏の終わりから
(雨が少ない時は)水を撒き
落ち葉を片付けているうちににょきっと。
おじいちゃん曰く
ホースで水を撒くよりも
自然の雨が一番きのこが生えてくると。
撒いている水も山からひいたものだけど
それでも違うみたい。
今年は梅雨に雨が集中し、
その後は全く降らずやや渇水気味の夏でした。
白馬で生活をしていると、
自然の変化をすごく近く感じる。
「今、できること」を模索していこう⛰️
現在は、白馬村を拠点に生活しているので

🥣基本のグルテンフリーグラノーラ🥣
オートミールの穀物感が苦手だった彼も大喜び👩🍳
オーブン不使用！
甘さ控えめでも満足感たっぷりなレシピ！
■材料(1回分)
・オートミール：100g
・玄米粉or米粉：15g
・ココナッツオイル：15g
・好きなナッツやシード：35g
・メープルシロップ：25〜30g
○好きなドライフルーツ：20g
■作り方
①「・」の材料をボウルで混ぜ合わせる
②クッキングシートに広げ600wのトースターで10分
③一度混ぜて+3〜5分
④最後にドライフルーツを加え混ぜ冷やしたら完成！

🍋塩糀の腸活レモンクリームパスタ🍋
サッパリヘルシー＆満足感のある
おいしいCafe風パスタを自宅で👩🍳
■材料(1人分)
・パスタ：80g
・玉ねぎ：25g
・春菊：25g
・オリーブオイル：小さじ2〜
・無農薬レモン果汁：大さじ1
・オーツミルク：100cc
・塩糀：小さじ1
・野菜コンソメ：小さじ1/3
○ヴィーガン粉チーズ：適量
○飾り無農薬レモン：2枚
■作り方
①玉ねぎは5mm幅のくし切り、春菊は食べやすい長さにカット
パスタを茹ではじめる
②フライパンにオリーブオイルをひき、玉ねぎ/春菊の芯→春菊の葉の順でサッと炒める
③2にやや硬めに茹でたパスタと残りの材料を全て加え和えながら煮込む
④お皿に盛り付け、粉チーズとレモンを飾り完成
通常の濃厚なパスタだと👇
