Le projet Hendrikhof, au cœur du centre historique de Tilburg, consiste à réimaginer l’intérieur d’un ilot urbain, en bordure de Heuvelstraat, en le densifiant et en y installant des logements et des commerces, créant ainsi un nouveau quartier entièrement piétonnier et respectueux de l’environnement.
Sur le thème de la silhouette des pignons alignés, typiques des villes des Pays-Bas, l’architecture du projet se développe sous un grand plissé continu qui varie d’altitude, de 3 étages en bordure d’ilot jusqu’à 20 étages au centre, pour dessiner une tour, point d’orgue de la composition, nécessaire à la densification et nouvel emblème de la ville.
Les bâtiments historiques sur la rue sont restaurés avec soin, tandis que l’architecture à l’intérieur de l’ilot, d’une écriture sobre et contemporaine, utilise la brique claire, caractéristique de Tilburg.
Entre modernité et respect du contexte historique, entre audace d’échelle et intégration dans le tissu urbain de faible hauteur, le projet a l’ambition de donner une nouvelle dimension et une nouvelle attractivité à la ville de Tilburg.

Fin du gros œuvre pour le chantier de la Tour Triangle, une étape majeure et symbolique dans l’avancement de ce chantier d’envergure.
Un projet conduit par Valode & Pistre en phase réalisation, dessiné par Herzog & deMeuron.
L’occasion de mesurer pleinement l’ampleur du travail accompli et l’engagement de l’ensemble des équipes mobilisées pour donner vie à ce projet ambitieux.
Avec sa silhouette élancée, la Tour Triangle s’inscrit désormais dans le paysage du Parc des Expositions Paris Expo – Porte de Versailles et vient apporter une nouvelle énergie à la skyline parisienne. Pensée comme un véritable lieu de vie, elle accueillera une diversité d’usages mêlant bureaux, commerces, hôtellerie, ainsi qu’un belvédère panoramique offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la capitale.
Nous remercions tout particulièrement les équipes de Valode & Pistre qui se sont investies avec rigueur et passion à chaque étape du projet.

Le projet du nouveau siège de la Caisse d’Épargne Midi-Pyrénées accompagne la transformation de l’entreprise en renforçant son attractivité et en offrant un cadre de travail plus qualitatif et cohérent. Implanté en lisière d’un parc boisé protégé, le bâtiment en arc de cercle favorise à la fois le rassemblement des équipes et une immersion dans un environnement naturel apaisant, propice au bien-être.
Le projet s’inscrit dans une démarche éco-responsable, avec une attention particulière portée à son intégration paysagère et à la réduction de son empreinte carbone. Cela se traduit par l’utilisation de façades à ossature bois et de dispositifs passifs de protection solaire, optimisant lumière naturelle, confort thermique et vues.

In response to environmental challenges and the evolution of architectural practices, this edition highlights the transformation of existing buildings as a major driver of innovation, sustainability, and contemporary design. Participants will be invited to reimagine the meaning, uses, and performance of four emblematic sites located in France, which will be revealed once applications have been approved.
✨ New for 2026: the competition is now open to students from 30 countries (the 27 EU Member States, as well as Norway, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland).
