Il y a 10 ans, la course à pied faisait partie de ma vie.
Elle m’a permis de vivre des choses fortes: des podiums, un titre de champion de France sur 800 m, des études aux États-Unis, des voyages.
Il y a 4 ans, j’ai tout mis de côté.
La télé, l’événementiel, un autre monde. Intense, excitant, très différent.
À ce moment-là, c’était surtout musculation et un peu de boxe. Je courais presque plus.
Mais ça m’a manqué.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai envie de retrouver la compétition.
De me prouver que j’ai encore quelque chose dans les jambes.
Et surtout, de me dépasser comme j’ai toujours aimé le faire.
Alors je me lance dans le triathlon.
Nager, rouler, courir. Et j’adore ça.
2026 arrive avec une dizaine de compétitions déjà prévues.
L’année commencera par le cross-country, une vraie religion en Bretagne.
J’ai hâte de vous partager toute cette aventure.
