Perché disciplina, resilienza, leadership e mentalità non finiscono con l’ultima gara ed è tempo che anche il mondo del lavoro impari a riconoscerlo.

L’incontro con Papa Leone XIV è stato uno di quelli, è arrivato in un periodo in cui la mia vita non è lineare, ma piena, stratificata, difficile da raccontare tutta insieme.
C’è la fine di Milano Cortina 2026, un’esperienza enorme di cui ho condiviso ancora poco, ma che mi ha attraversata molto più di quanto si veda da fuori.
C’è papà e tutto quello che stiamo vivendo, con quella miscela continua di paura e forza che ti cambia le priorità senza chiederti il permesso.
C’è Leo, che ha rivoluzionato il mio sguardo su ogni cosa e mi ha insegnato un tipo di presenza che non conoscevo. E poi ci sono io, nel mezzo, che continuo a trasformarmi senza avere sempre risposte chiare.
In quel momento non ho cercato parole perfette né significati grandi, ma ho sentito qualcosa di molto semplice e molto potente allo stesso tempo: una pausa che non ferma ma riallinea, che non risolve ma ti rimette in contatto con quello che conta davvero.
E forse, in certi momenti, è esattamente tutto quello di cui abbiamo bisogno✨
Non è solo una domanda, ma un passaggio che prima o poi riguarda ogni atleta.
