400 g di zucchero (si 400g)

30 gr di burro sciolto con 60 gr di cioccolato fondente
300 g di farina 00 (si più zucchero che farina)

1 pizzico di sale
Potete aggiungere a piacere caffè (1 espresso) o liquore o aroma arancia
Lievito in polvere (mezza bustina pan degli angeli)
Mettete gli ingredienti nell’ordine scritto e amalgamate il tutto. Lasciar riposare in frigo per almeno 3 ore. Fare delle palline e passarle prima nello zucchero semolato e poi in quello a velo. Metterle in una teglia e cuocere in forno a 180° per 12/14 min. Non di più, ma controllare già dopo 12 minuti, perché basta un minuto in più per perdere tutta la morbidezza. Sembrano non cotti ma una volta raffreddati saranno perfetti. Croccanti fuori e morbidi dentro.
