I started releasing original music in November 2020, and I was told 'Indie India' is THE playlist to be in. I said, "Ya, very soon" assuming my first song will find a spot there or the second. Hahah, funny to think how hopeful I was because I didn't get on it until my 5th song Saanjh which got on Indie India in early 2023- took me over 2 years! Happy and satisfied as I was, I hoped the next few songs got onto this playlist too, especially Tum Jaise Ho. Again, wishful thinking. But Spotify did me one better this time and put me on the cover with Tum Jaise Ho!!!! What!!?? Doing music has been gifting me small, full-circle moments and I'm starting to live for these. Because lately, life's been giving me other moments where my heart's been sinking sinking.
Thank you so much Spotify and the most supportive team sir, for believing in me and my music, and always helping me reach more people. You make me a happy girl with all that you do for my music and I am foreverrrrrrr grateful. Never taking anything for granted. Lots of love and appreciation!!
