お知らせが遅くなり申し訳ございません🙇♂️
先日の火事の後うすらかすらさんとコラボ営業をしておりましたが
この度有限会社うめもとさんのもとで社員となり
うすらかすらでコラボから合併営業という形で再開させて頂く事になりました🙇♂️
元の場所での再開を望んでいた方がたくさんいたのですが
色々問題があり難しい状態になってしまいました、、、
悩んでいた所うめもとさんからお声がけして頂き
今のような形に収まりました🥹
設備等の関係もあり
今まで通りのメニューを出す事は難しくですが
なるべく近いようなメニューを出してますので
お楽しみ頂ければと思います！
逆に今までワンオペで出来なかった
デザートや夜メニューの充実化をしてますので
そちらも頼んでください🥹

kitchen EATです！
あれから約2ヶ月が経ちましたが
店はまだ火災後のままです、、、
店舗火災は色々進めるのに時間がかかるそうて🫨
店舗復旧の目処はまだわからないです🥲
しばらくは「うすらかすら」さんでお世話になりながら
今後を考えていきたいと思います🙇♂️
逆に言えば今までワンオペでできなかった事をできる機会とプラスに考えるようにしております🥺
違う厨房設備で今までとは同じ料理を出す事はなかなか難しいですが
EATとうすらかすらさんの２つの料理を楽しんで頂ける様にしたいと思います！
4月からはランチメニューを少し増やしてみたり
避けていたデザートやテイクアウト
ディナーメニューはクラフトビールとそれに合う料理
もちろんお食事でもご利用できる様なメニューも考えておりますのでぜひぜひ足を運んで頂ければと思います！
3月の終わりにはまたお知らせしますのでお楽しみにお待ちください😭
EATの店舗と違って席数も多くゆったりとしてますので
皆様にお時間かからずお席の準備や料理の提供出来ますので
