As I started shooting women, It made me think… what makes a modern woman, well, modern?
They say modern women want everything.
But maybe what we really want is the freedom to be exactly who we are - loud, subtle, dramatic, understated… all at once or none at all.
This project began with a simple fascination: women in all their forms. Their energy, their beauty, their contradictions. As a woman myself, I see how every preference, every flaw, every ‘this is just who I am’ moment becomes a small act of identity.
So here they are, the modern women who inspire me, frame by frame.

Многие говорят, что современные девушки хотят всего.
Но, по-моему, мы просто хотим свободы быть собой — громкими, спокойными, драматичными или супер-сдержанными… хоть всем этим сразу, хоть ничем из этого.
Так и появился этот проект, из восхищения женщинами. Их энергией, их красотой, их странностями и противоречиями. И как женщина, я вижу, как каждая мелочь, каждый выбор, каждое «вот такая я есть» становится маленьким актом самоидентичности.

Every time I travel, the world feels a little less heavier.
It feels surreal to finally be here, walking through the streets that once felt like a dream—scenes I’ve admired in Wong Kar-wai films and so many iconic Hong Kong movies. The energy, the colors, the atmosphere—everything feels like stepping into a cinematic masterpiece. Feeling blessed to experience it all in real life.
