Adrián Ruiz Pelayo ha recorrido algunos de los grandes itinerarios de peregrinación de Europa, siempre con una idea clara 👉🏼demostrar que el camino transforma a quien se atreve a dar el primer paso. Su proyecto Un Camino por Descubrir nació precisamente tras su primera peregrinación hasta el Monasterio de Santo Toribio de Liébana, una experiencia que marcó su vida y que hizo del Camino Lebaniego un lugar al que siempre regresa.
Recientemente ha culminado una nueva peregrinación a Roma, donde tuvo la oportunidad de encontrarse con el Papa León XIV y entregarle un pequeño ciprés como símbolo de paz, un gesto que quiso unir espiritualmente el Vaticano con Santo Toribio de Liébana.
