Secondo noi la miglior Friggitoria gourmet di Roma Nord. Arancini, supplì e altre prelibatezze italiane, ma anche Poké e Hamburger. Il tutto fatto con amore e grande passione con un attento studio dei sapori. La frittura risulta leggera e croccante, a regola d’arte!
L’attenzione per i sapori si sente soprattutto dall’uso delle materie prime di grandissima qualità! Arancino “Etna” classico, sugo a lenta cottura, piselli e formaggio filante, una goduria per il palato! La tradizione siciliana si mescola alla romana con passione e sapori delicati! Supplì “Ajo e ojo” che non ha nulla da invidiare al tipico spaghetto ma abbraccia perfettamente la ricetta della tradizione.

•Situato in pieno quartiere Africano, Dolce offre una selezione impressionante di piatti. Dagli squisiti “chupa chups” di carne con salse fatte in casa ai bowl di riso e pollo dal sapore orientale, questo locale non delude mai. Il locale è rustico con uno stile molto ricercato, tutto è volto a rendere il locale caldo e accogliente riprendendo l’ambiente circostante.
Sicuramente la nota più importante è la grandissima ricercatezza nella scelta dei prodotti, per la maggior parte locali a Km Zero.
I piatti proposti sono della tradizione romana e dell’alto Lazio. Anche i secondi e la griglia sono di ottima scelta; le carni sono di primissima scelta e la lavorazione strepitosa. Il personale è molto professionale e alla mano. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto.

La cucina è principalmente improntata sugli hamburger, di ottima qualità e in stile italiano, soprattutto per la presenza di ingredienti quali nduja, melanzane, pecorino e guanciale di Norcia. Questi sono serviti come da tradizione insieme a patatine, fritte a mo’ di chips croccanti.
Non ci sono solo hamburger tuttavia, Il menù varia infatti su piatti come primi di pasta o antipasti di vario tipo.
Ottima la varietà di birre alla spina e di cocktail, preparati da un barman specializzato.
I prezzi sono assai contenuti, sia in relazione all’ottima qualità, sia per la posizione del
