🔅Fıstık ezmesi yapmanın tek ve en önemli püf noktası, fıstıkları iyice kavurup hafif yağını saldıktan sonra, sıcaklığını kaybetmeden hemen blender da çekmek.

Kıvam aldıktan sonra kapağını kapatıp 5 dakika dinlendirin. Sonra dilediğiniz gibi şekillendirin ve üzerini cevizle süsleyin.
