Estoy en plena recuperación del Ligamento Cruzado Anterior. La lesión de LCA ha hecho que mi pedaleo varíe, y eso también hay que tenerlo en cuenta.
Estreno bicicleta, pero sobre todo estreno una forma de adaptarme a la realidad actual de mi cuerpo. Toca trabajar para fortalecer la pierna izquierda y evitar descompensaciones. La posición sobre la bici no es estática: cambia con nosotros. Adaptarse es clave. Escuchar al cuerpo, imprescindible, y tanto David como yo lo tenemos claro 🚴♀️🦵

La vida em va frenar i sense adonar-me’n, aquest fre ha estat un regal disfressat.
Poc a poc tinc la oportunitat de tornar-ho a fer tot de nou… torno a recolzar el peu, torno a conduir, torno a “caminar”, torno a nedar, torno a estimar, torno a respirar sense pressa. I en aquest “tornar”, m’he trobat a mi mateixa d’una manera que feia temps que no feia.
He vist que la intensitat fa que ho vulguis tot i res alhora… i que la calma que no fa soroll, ho ordena tot. Que no és qüestió d’escollir el que et sacseja més, sinó que et fa bé de veritat. Que quan la vida et trenca el ritme, tens l’oportunitat de crear-ne un de nou aliniat amb el que mereixes.
Que bonic sentir escalfor, que t’acompanyin sense condicions. Ara entenc que això és una segona oportunitat: no per tornar a ser la d’abans, sinó per ser una versió més conscient, més lliure i molt més meva.
