Nein ich bin noch lange nicht fertig aber heute nach der Arbeit habe ich die Spielecke von den Twins in Anspruch genommen.
Diesen Sonnenschutz gibt es aktuell bei (selbstbezahlt ) für 8.99€ und sogar in 2 Farben. Grau und beige. İch wollte es einfach nur ausprobieren ob es klappt und et voila passt perfekt. Jetzt wird noch aufgerâumt, Blümchen eingepflanzt also es wird richtig bunt spâter.

Önce serbeti hazirliyoruz. Bir tencerenin içerisine sekeri ve suyu ekliyoruz guzelce karistiriyoruz ve kaynamaya başladiktan sonra 10 dk kaynatiyoruz. (Şerbet soğuk olacak)
Hamuru hazirlamaya basliyoruz. Tencerenin icine suyu koyuyoruz içerisine tereyağini toz şekeri ve tuzu ekliyoruz.
Unu güzelce karistiriyoruz. Hamur koyu kivama geldikten sonra başka kaba alıyoruz. Hamuru 2-3 dk tahta kaşık yardimiyla döndürüyoruz. İlk sicaklik çikinca yumurtalar tek tek kirliyor ve hepsi guzelce yediriliyor. Daha sonra nişasta ve irmiğini ekliyoruz.
Derin bir Tavanin içine yag koyuyoruz. Yağ muhakkak soğuk olacak. Hamuru sikma torbasina koyduktan sonra Soguk yağa tulumba hamurunu sikiyoruz. güzelce kizardiktan sonra soguk şerbetin içerisine koyup karistiriyoruz. Afiyet olsun.
Not; serbetin soguk olmasi gerekiyor. Tatlilar serbetin içinde 1-2 dk bekliyor.
