Solution:
I know the untrained eye may confuse them with boho-these are not them. The finish is similar the technique is what is different. I call these Infinity braids but the technique is known by old school braiders whom I trained under.
This technique causes minimum shedding and uses less bundles…all together we used less than 8oz of raw Indian loose wave human hair (24-26 inches)
This technique also maximizes coverage you see less braids (no chunky braids peeking through)
The client was skeptical about the size being so small but that was the only solution for proper coverage. In all the installation took little under 8hrs.
I braided the finish product intending to unbraid when dry, we were aiming for a wavy finish but there was an emergency and the client was called into duty so plan B was implemented.
All in all, the session was fun, and we accomplished our mission.
Note this is a high ticket style, it’s not for everyone. I’m going to do another version with synthetic hair for a comparison.
