When I first saw a photo of this hotel online, I fell in love instantly and started researching everything about it.
This place is in Austria, and it has a two-year waitlist. When bookings open, it gets fully booked for the entire next year within minutes.
So getting this room is a bit tricky and definitely requires some luck which I was lucky enough to have 😍
The room is called Adlerhorst and costed €110 per person per night, including breakfast.
Inside, there’s just a bed and a small shelf for your belongings but with this view, you really don’t need anything else, right?
Bathrooms and toilets are shared but are very clean.

We visited Slovenia last autumn, and it was pure magic. So peaceful, so beautiful. I think it’s definitely one of the most underrated countries in Europe.

We’ve always loved celebrating New Year’s Eve in different places around the world, but this year we decided to chill and celebrate at home in Berlin and it was the best decision. New Year’s Eve here feels truly magical. People celebrating everywhere, fireworks light up the entire sky, and even in the cold (-4°C), the streets are full of life and togetherness.

We woke up at 5 AM to visit this incredible place for sunrise, and oh my gosh it was beyond beautiful! 😍
Quick story: we flew our drone to capture some content, and as we were getting into the water, the drone remote fell in and stopped working. Thankfully, we somehow managed to land the drone safely, but the remote was completely dead. We were pretty upset and unsure of what to do next, especially after driving nearly 2 hours across Tuscany to get here.😭
But then we thought why waste the moment?Let’s just enjoy it. And we did.
The water was the most unbelievable shade of turquoise blue, perfectly warm against the cold, misty morning air. It was a surreal experience.Pure magic💙
