If you’re planning a trip to Sun Valley, this is one dinner you should plan your night around. Fiamma is cozy, elevated and built around wood-fire cooking and handmade pasta. They even have a temperature controlled room in the basement where they make their own pasta!!
The restaurant was created by and, chefs you may recognize from Food Network, who brought big-city experience to Idaho.
The pastas are absolutely to die for, but they also serve beautifully cooked meats, seafood and seasonal dishes so there’s something for everyone. Do not skip on the famous meatballs (they were so freaking good).
My take: This is the kind of place that lives up to the hype and is absolutely worth the reservation.
