Seeing these photos reminded Davey and me of a history we were never taught, and what it meant to be gay, especially a gay couple, in those times. They remind us how privileged we are to live in a world that’s a little more accepting, and they ignite the fire in our bellies to continue the good fight.
This video was inspired by, who have journeyed the world to uncover historical photographs of romantic gay couples. They’ve turned this work into books, and we can’t wait to get our copies. 🌈
