We made this risotto on Friday, with Vialone Nano rice I brought back from Venice recently.
Prawn risotto, but with none of the flesh, just an intensely flavoured stock made from the shells, with a little basil, parsley and a good drizzle of EV olive oil to finish.
All the prettier in quite possibly my favourite bowls, that I picked up in the Foix antique market a couple of years ago. As I remember 5€ for the two. Crazy.
