🥪 🐟 HENDERSON FISH FILET crispy fish goujon, american cheese, caper + lemon dill mayo combo was ridiculous
🥪 🐷 IBERICO KATSU ⭐️ OUR FAVOURITE. This thing is honestly insane. Panko pork collar, apple tonkatsu sauce, pickled mooli… sweet, crispy, savoury perfection. Haven’t stopped thinking about it since.
🥪 🇮🇹 LA SOVRANA elite Italian deli vibes. Tuscan salami, prosciutto cotto, caciocavallo, olives, chilli relish… absolutely quality.
🥪 🐓 BLACK PEPPER FRIED CHICKEN fermented chilli sauce + peanuts + fried chicken = game over. Serious contender for second place.
🥪 🥩 HG STEAK SARNIE grilled skirt steak, onions, melted caciocavallo, buttery crusty bread… stupidly good.
Honestly every single sarnie was a 10/10, but when you go, the Iberico Katsu is NON-NEGOTIABLE. 🤌
At £12.50 each, the move is definitely to go halves with a mate so you can try a few — you won’t regret it. 🥪 🔥

Chopped it up with Lel & Silvs about the whole sandwich scene and got a behind-the-scenes look at how these legendary subs are made. One thing worth mentioning — every single time we visit, the place gets busier and busier 📈
You can tell the standards are high too. The bread has levelled up, the kitchen is HUGE and absolutely spotless, and the whole operation runs properly 👏

The Big Paulie was our standout… absolutely outrageous levels of indulgence 🤯 One of those subs you instantly crave again after the first bite.
But honestly… The Yardman NEEDS to become a permanent menu item. The pineapple & mint salsa is genius and brings a mad fresh twist 🍍🌿 Just needed a touch more heat to completely send it.
