Participamos de uma simulação realística de atendimento a paciente politraumatizado, apresentando surtos de oscilação comportamental em decorrência do trauma. A atividade, realizada em parceria com a empresa Top Treinamentos, de Goiás, reforçou a importância do preparo técnico, da agilidade e do trabalho em equipe em ocorrências de alta complexidade.
Situações como essa exigem raciocínio rápido, segurança na assistência e equilíbrio emocional para garantir um atendimento humanizado e eficaz.

Você está no hospital, exausta, com plantão dobrado, correndo contra o tempo pra salvar vidas. O cansaço é tanto que mal consegue respirar. E de repente, um vereador entra no ambiente e começa a proferir ofensas. Palavras pesadas. De cunho depreciativo. Direcionadas às mulheres que estão ali, de máscara, bata e estetoscópio, segurando a saúde da cidade nas mãos.
Isso não é filme. Aconteceu agora, dia 25 de março, em Santa Terezinha de Goiás.
A enfermeira Priscila, responsável técnica da unidade, não se calou.
Subiu na tribuna da Câmara Municipal e relatou, com coragem e emoção, o desrespeito que as equipes de saúde vêm sofrendo. Falou do desgaste emocional, da pressão constante, dos constrangimentos diários que ninguém vê.
O plenário parou.
Outros vereadores se manifestaram.
A denúncia agora segue para o Conselho de Ética da Câmara.
