とにかくハイコスパで有名で、予約必須とのことでしたが、
1人だとたまに入れることもあると聞いて行ってきました！

1977年創業の歴史を感じます。
店内のレトロな雰囲気も、
好きな人はきっとかなりハマってしまうはず。
もつ焼き評論家・浜田信郎のもつ焼き番付で「東の二枚目」。東の横綱は「宇ち多"」だから、ここがどういう立ち位置かわかるよね。
しかも埼玉の養豚場から当日朝びきのホルモンを直仕入れとのこと。
だから土日は休む。仕入れがなければ店を開けない、それだけの話。
と、ぐるまにさんの感想にも書いてました。
