Raan was quite the extroverted person, made a lot of friends and enjoyed his time partying and talking to people. But, even though his out-going personality, not even one person ever saw him twice. Everything we know about this Raan, we know from people telling stories about him, after meeting him only once in their lifetime. Raan, a prince of his home planet Nakshatar, wanted to change our world. He wanted to start the age of stars and become the king of stars, but ever since this claim he disappeared and was never seen again.

However, the change I started feeling last year regarding my art just intensified during 2022. Aimlessness. A struggle I have in many things. I pretty much always need a reason for doing anything and I kinda lost my 'why'. I still want to tell stories with the image I create and only when I do I really enjoy creating. In fact, this summer I actually started to really dive into the story of the hooded guy you can see in my edits all the time. I wrote page and giant mind maps of how that world he is living in is supposed to work and what the story looks like he is going through. So, I kinda stuck to what I've been doing, just that I changed medium from visual art to written stuff, I guess.
That's when I decided to not force anything, especially while having pretty much no time for my life anymore, next to the job I have right now.
Finally, I have to say, I'm not planning on quitting visual art. I'm just taking time and the fact that I do not really care about Instagram anymore helped me in making that decision. But I really miss communicating with you guys and hopefully I'll find a way of doing that more.
That being said, I want to thank you for all your support this year and wherever you are in your journey of life, I wish you all the best for 2023. Health, love, joy and a lot of great experiences. See ya!
