In collaboration with the events and marketing teams at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, we approached the Event Lawn with the intention of highlighting its natural beauty while demonstrating how thoughtfully it can be styled for ceremony.
Framed by palms, architecture, and open green space, the lawn offers a rare sense of scale while still feeling intimate and composed. Our design focused on creating a clear visual pathway that naturally guides the eye, allowing the setting itself to remain the hero.
A sculptural floral arch anchored the ceremony with soft movement and organic form. Low, abundant florals lined the aisle to create an immersive border without obstructing sightlines. Bentwood chairs introduced warmth and natural texture, complementing the coastal landscape while maintaining refined simplicity.
Once the golf course restoration is complete, couples will have the option to orient the ceremony as shown here or rotate the layout to feature sweeping golf course views as the backdrop, offering two distinct perspectives within the same setting.
Beyond ceremony, the lawn also offers remarkable versatility and can be tented to transform into an elegant reception environment while preserving its signature sense of space and light.
The result is a setting that feels serene, adaptable, and deeply rooted in place. A canvas designed to support both understated moments and elevated celebrations.

As the largest indoor event space on property, the ballroom offers both scale and versatility. Our focus was on honoring its architectural framework while introducing warmth, texture, and cohesion.
The paneled walls and gold sconces create a clean, refined envelope, while the statement chandeliers anchor the ceiling with sculptural presence. We echoed that texture at the table with banana leaf chargers from Savoir Event Rentals, intentionally selected as an exact tonal and textural complement to the chandeliers above. The repetition creates harmony from floor to ceiling and allows the design to feel fully considered.
White florals in elevated urns bring height and movement. Gold flatware and textured glassware introduce quiet contrast. Cane back chairs ground the room in coastal ease. Candlelight softens the atmosphere as the evening unfolds.
The result is a ballroom that feels expansive yet welcoming. Formal yet relaxed. Designed to support grand guest counts while preserving the thoughtful detail and hospitality synonymous with Four Seasons.

At Camellia Courtyard, coral tabletops bring warmth and contrast to the crisp architecture. The color was chosen intentionally, drawing from tones seen throughout the Beach Club and echoing the energy of the surrounding landscape. Once complete, this courtyard will open to sweeping views of the golf course, creating a setting that feels both grounded and expansive.
Just beyond, the Palm Lawn offers a more relaxed gathering space, nestled between the pools, the beach, and the ballroom. Lounge groupings and cocktail tables are positioned to encourage movement and conversation, allowing guests to flow easily through the space while remaining immersed in the surroundings.
