澤克典さんがお使いの信楽土で作陶し、作品を信楽に送り、薪窯で焼成するというここにしかない体験です！
●作れるもの
750gの土でおひとり様2点まで器が作れます。
・抹茶碗
・ぐい呑
・片口
・板皿
等など。
施釉せずに焼き上げます。
緋色の発色や自然釉がどんな仕上がりになるかはお楽しみ。

1.5時間～2時間

一昨年、杉本さんの工房に伺った際、窯場に捨てられていた真っ白な器を見つけました。大きな長石粒の見える信楽の土によるものでした。触れてみるとキンキンに焼けていました。杉本さんに伺ってみたところ、内釉をする為の素焼きをしようと電気窯で焼成中に寝てしまい、炉内の温度が上がりすぎてこうなった。ここまで焼けてしまうと施釉もできないので失敗作として捨てた。とのことでした。が、おもしろいので是非出品して欲しいとお願いしたのでした。
去年からご出品いただいていますが今年はこの色や質感に合う意匠をより意識した作品をご出品いただきます。勿論、穴窯焼成による信楽もご覧いただけます。同じ素材による焼けの極端な違いをお楽しみいただければと思います。是非お越しください！
※粗目の土による焼き締めは水漏れもお越しやすい為、水止めとして見込みに釉薬を施すことを内釉(うちぐすり)という。800度前後で少し焼き固めて(素焼き)から施釉をする。
