MY biggest advice to working with toddlers is WAIT. Be ok with waiting. Their little brain is working soo soo fast with all the changes swirling around them. Even in normal circumstances waiting for them to figure things out, or do something by themselves is key. We usually just don’t allow the time needed because LIFE is usually a little more fast paced. When you can and if in doubt.. WAIT it out.
