I haven’t figured out everything! I can’t walk in and out of situation calmly every single time! I don’t expect my child to listen to me everytime.. I don’t expect him to follow the rules and boundaries without fail!
Because it’s a long term relationship and I need to keep room for mistakes and growth:)
I have to accept my child.. All of him and not just his good parts. I can dislike the annoying parts but still I have to ACCEPT HIM.

🌟I learnt mindfulness is not just a cool hashtag but it can be way of living and it starts with self awareness. It doesn’t need to start with meditation! It can even began with building new habits like “drinking more water or walking 15 minutes everyday “.

🌟I learnt I need to set healthy boundaries not just for my child but more for self in relationships in and outside home so it helps me thrive instead of survive!

🌟I learnt I am a good listener and empathetic guide.
