Progress is king!.
Hey liebe Leute,
als ich so durch meine Fotos scrollte, stieß ich auf alte Bilder aus meiner ersten Wettkampfsaison und war echt etwas baff.
Daher hier mal ein Vergleich zwischen früher (Herbst 2013) und heute (Herbst 2022).
Ich war selbst erstaunt von diesem Unterschied und ich denke man kann diesen ganz gut erkennen.
Bodybuilding ist halt kein Sprint sondern ein Marathon und benötigt Zeit.
Dieser Fortschritt ist auf jedem Fall auch der erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit und vom zu verdanken.
