Stepping out of the comfort zone can be a very scary thing. I spent a week in the Polish Mountains with a massive thanks to team learning more about cold exposure and breathwork.
It was such a challenging week both mentally and physically on so many levels. Practising the Wim Hof method of breathing for the first time and immersing in icy cold waters every day. Climbing Sněžka mountain in a pair of shorts and no top in freezing conditions I thought was impossible. The group started off as a strangers and by the end became close friends, helping each other out at different stages.
I would highly recommend this trip to anyone that is looking to challenge themselves and learn more about the capabilities of their own bodies.

Going deep, with how to face stressful times, first we need to prepare the body and mind, spirit. Living life in comfort and ease is lovely! But what happens when the shit hits the fan? We need to prepare the nervous sysytem for these times which inevitably come.
We had breath work, ice baths, meditation, drumming, ceremonial smoke from the tabacco plant and shares from all the lads. Incredible, beautiful session.

I know I say it each week, but it’s true.
