نخلط البيض مع السكر والفانيلا حتى يذوب السكر وبأناء آخر نخلط الزبدة حتى يتغير لونها وتصير اكثر كثافه ثم نضيفها على خليط البيض، بع ذلك نبدأ بأضافه الكريمة الحامضه ثم المكونات الجافه بعد النخل، لازم كل المكونات تكون متجانسه واذا حسيتو العجينة طريه شوي ممكن تضيفون بعض الطحين حتى تتكون عجينه متماسكه لكن طريه بنفس الوقت.
نتركها بالبراد تقريبا ست ساعات وبعدها نبدأ بالتشكيل والخبز.
ملاحظه، يجب استخدام جهاز خاص للخبز والطريقه جدا سهله.
