A new road of opportunities, a beautiful new beginning on a flat levelled road… however if you continue on that road then it may get pretty boring. Each crack, bump, uneven part of the surface with different plants pushing between desperate to get to the light are what make it really interesting. As the pavement begins to get worn, it can both get better grip and develop flaws. That’s completely ok too. The wear and tear is what shows experiences, growth, challenges and that can be incredibly fulfilling.
So I won’t be looking at 2026 with worry over the cracks that may appear, instead I’m taking one step at a time to growth ❤️.

🏃 I was going too fast before, making it unenjoyable and painful at times, slow and steady is the way to go to enjoy the process
🏃♀️ one week I’ll smash a 5k, the next I’ll struggle with 3km, it doesn’t mean I’m getting worse… showing up every time is actually a win
🏃♂️ running outside is easier than a treadmill when you have good views, treadmills feel so much slower to me now than they used to
🏃 stop worrying about pace or what you look like, move in a way that feels good and jiggle whatever you have (no one actually cares)
I plan on continuing to run in 2026 and maybe we can build on it together!
