Les frites: Coupez dans la longueur les bananes plantain et quelques rondelles d'oignons blancs.
Assaisonnez d'huile d'olive, sel, poivre. Une goutte de citron. Au four à 160 degrés.
Pour les oignons, vous pouvez les fariner avant d'enfourner, pour plus de croustillant!
