Firstly this recipe can easily be recreated with ANY pastry sheet, I’m obviously using the gluten free one because of my diet and something I miss with all my heart are hot, warm pastries. How I took for granted the gorgeous smell of freshly baked pastries, seeing all these amazing videos of new pastries and the many lovely cafes I’ll pass by knowing there’s not a peep in there I can consume 🤣 - one thing I miss the MOST are cinnamon rolls and although these aren’t fluffy they still hit the spot with the delicious crunch, soft centre and perfect coated with cinnamon sugar!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- One sheet of pastry
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- One cup of white sugar
Once you’ve made them, pop into oven for 15 minutes at 200C and then dust with cinnamon sugar before they cool down! 💌

‼️ Although Jus roll is vegetarian it’s got alcohol so definitely use a pastry sheet without it and there’s lots available in all major supermarkets‼️
