Schoko-Mousse💕
A cold decadent dessert for summer days✨
🤎Makes 4 servings:
200g dark chocolate
200g vegan heavy cream *warm
200g vegan heavy cream *cold
1 tbsp brown sugar
🤎 Chop the dark chocolate and place in a large bowl. Heat up the first part of the heavy cream together with the sugar. Pour over the chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes. Stir In small circle movements until the chocolate and the cream are well combined. Let it rest for 5 minutes
🤎 Whip up the cold heavy cream together soft peaks, fold into the ganache in 3 portions and divide into dessert jars 🍧
Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours 🤎

•200 g dunkle Schokolade hacken, 200 g Sahne mit 1 EL braunem Zucker erhitzen, über die Schokolade geben, 5 Minuten ziehen lassen, dann zu einer glatten Ganache verrühren. Ca. 10-20 Minuten abkühlen lassen.
•200 g Sahne zu weichen spitzen schlagen und in 2-3 Portionen unter die Ganache haben. In Gläser füllen, und für 3 Stunden kaltstellen.🍒
