Silence has a way of revealing what we usually avoid.
In stillness, sensations, emotions, and old patterns surface — not to overwhelm us, but to be understood.

Our triggers don’t come from other people; they’re activated inside us.
When we slow down and stay present with discomfort, we stop reacting and start responding.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning to stay with yourself — kindly, honestly, and with awareness.

For teachers who want to evolve, experiment, and teach with more freedom and purpose. 🤍
The magic of yoga is beyond the physical.
It’s in the breath you finally notice, the pause you allow, the quiet strength you carry off the mat and into life.
A gentle return to your body.

Somatic Yoga with Karen Lane invites you to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels natural and intuitive. Through breath, soft movement, sound, and rest, we create space for the nervous system to settle and for tension to gently unwind.

Expect exploratory movement, moments of stillness, and a deeply nourishing practice that supports ease, presence, and connection.

Join Daniel Simpson on 14 January for an interactive online session of the Yoga Philosophy Club, exploring yogic ethics in both traditional texts and modern life. Together we’ll reflect, question, and inquire into what makes actions wise, skillful, and aligned.

We’ll explore questions like:
• How do we define right action, and how much does context matter?
• Are Patañjali’s yamas and niyamas still the most useful guide?
• Do different situations call for different values?
• Does practice naturally lead to ethical living, or is something more needed?

A thoughtful space for conversation, curiosity, and perspective.
