▪️1 cdta de esencia de vainilla
▪️4 yemas M
▪️120g de eritritol o 100 de azúcar
▪️40g de maicena

👉🏼Horno a 190°C 15 minutos y 5 min sin nada encima (qué quede doradito)
👉🏼Deja enfriar la crema pastelera por completo, si es una noche entera mejor
👉🏼Pon encima del hojaldre algo pesado para que no suba y quede planito

De lejos el mejor postre que he hecho hasta la fecha, no tenia mucha fe porque se me dan fatal las masas 🤪
📝INGREDIENTES📝
Masa:
▪️550g de harina de fuerza ▪️75g de azúcar ▪️2 huevos camperos M ▪️5g de sal ▪️250ml de leche (yo utilicé bebida vegetal de avellana y arroz s/a) ▪️100g de mantequilla sin sal ▪️7g de levadura seca de panadería o 20g de la fresca
Relleno:
▪️100g de azúcar moreno o blanco
▪️2 cdas de canela (al gusto)
▪️30g de mantequilla derretida
Glaseado:
▪️150g queso crema
▪️4 cdas de nata para montar o leche
▪️70g azúcar glas (esto va al gusto, yo le puse menos)
👉🏼Horno a 180°C entre 25/30 minutos, que queden doraditos pero no quemados ni secos como una piedra 😂😂
👉🏼Deja reposar tapado con film hasta que doble su tamaño y después de cortar y colocar en el molde deja otra media hora de reposo
👉🏼Lo de la nata hacedlo porque de verdad vais a alucinar
