In diesem Clip seht ihr Wadenmassage + Triggerpunkt-Behandlung am Gastrocnemius (Wadenmuskel). Triggerpunkte können sich wie kleine, druckempfindliche Punkte anfühlen und hängen oft mit Wadenschmerzen, Wadenkrämpfen, Muskelhartspann oder dem Gefühl von „Spannung im Unterschenkel“ zusammen. 🦵
Besonders nach Laufen, viel Stehen oder Treppen. Wir arbeiten dabei ruhig und gezielt, damit das Gewebe wieder nachgibt und Bewegung sich leichter anfühlt. 🏃🏃♀️
