She would think I’m cool and honestly that’s all that matters 🥹 and hey, she wasn’t bad herself
Since our skin usually takes a beating during winter anyways, the intensity of cold and flu season are just no help. It doesn’t align with me that this is also the time most people do their most invasive treatments and skincare protocols. So if you’ve been sick lately, and your skin is feeling it, here’s my go to action plan:

- SIMPLIFY WITH A FOCUS ON HYDRATION: Use your hydrosols like your skin depends on it. Drench your skin in hydration.

- GET BARRIER SUPPORT: Adding the serum and recovery balm are excellent for just about anyone. And the TSC barrier restore facial includes for a boost in skin resilience.

- GET A PRODUCT AUDIT: You can focus on targeted skincare at home but until your immune system is feeling better, take the time to look over what you’re using and why. Get an audit to determine the best sequence for simple and effective results.

- LIGHT AND INFRARED THERAPY: The radiance reset facial is a quick pick me up featuring the and so you can rest and reset. Let your skin find its way back by supporting your nervous system.

LASTLY, EAT YOUR SKIN FOODS: Focus on herbal teas and collagen rich broths to help you look and feel your best in no time.

Hope this helps! Schedule your next session at the link in BIO 🥰
the woman that you are 🥲

I’ve had a crazy week of cancellations, no shows, unexpected delays, and a whole Tetris of a schedule. Usually I’m flexible but with a teething 7 month old, things look different than usual.

It’s SUPER uncomfy for me to ask for help but this week I did. And luckily, miss Jaeda went above and beyond for me by giving me the gift of having my treatment room completely client ready so I could show up right on time to see my client.

Our energy is expensive so when someone spends their time helping me, I don’t take it for granted. I’m so thankful for the community who is showing up and believes in what I’ve built still.

Thank you to those who show up. Who see me and understand what it takes for me to show up for you. 🫶🏻
Just when I thought it was over, it really was just beginning. Always allow for rejection however, it may show up to become your redirection.

You are meant to bloom and flourish in this world by sharing your gifts. You just have to figure out how where and when - let me be the example for you. 12 years working for myself and 20 years in practice. 🫶🏻
Happy 9th wedding anniversary my love 🫶🏻
Always invite your clients back in - don’t expect people to find you and come back without being invited back

Don’t pressure yourself with sales - focus on long term education for them

Outsource support if possible otherwise get really good at asking questions and wearing many hats

Failing means lessons learned - you can’t avoid them so let them teach you

Only offer treatments you feel passionate about instead of what’s trendy - this helps you with longevity

Don’t be afraid of putting yourself out there - social media isn’t perfect but it’s a great connector
Happy New Year!
As we step into a new year, I’ve been taking a moment to pause, reflect, and feel deeply grateful.

This year marks my 20th year as an esthetician (12th as a business owner and 5th in Dallas), and it’s hard to put into words what that truly means to me. What began two decades ago as a love for skincare has evolved into a lifelong devotion to understanding the skin as part of the whole body — influenced by stress, hormones, lifestyle, seasons, and the many chapters of life we move through.

Over the years, my work has shifted from simply treating skin to supporting people. From learning advanced facial massage and holistic modalities, to embracing plant-based skincare, lymphatic health, and nervous system support — every step has been guided by the belief that skin thrives when we slow down, listen, and care deeply.

As I enter this new year (and this milestone season of my career), my intention remains the same:
to offer thoughtful, personalized care that meets you where you are — whether that’s supporting aging skin, hormonal shifts, pregnancy, stress, or simply the desire to feel more at home in your body.

Thank you for trusting me with your skin over the years. Whether you’ve been with me since the early days or are newer to my practice, I’m so grateful you’re here. Your support has allowed me to grow, evolve, and continue doing work I truly love.

Here’s to a new year, a slower pace, healthy skin, and the next chapter — together.
Misconception #2 is that I don’t believe in the work of others outside of a very specific niche like what I offer. Nothing could be more wrong here.

In fact, I admire the work of many different estheticians. The ones I look up to and learn from all have in common that they study functional health and understand skin function beyond the treatments they offer.

is my go to in Dallas for acne treatments! We share a few clients because it takes a multi-faceted approach. She’s well-studied in nutrition as well as how to properly treat a myriad of skin conditions.

is an old friend and esti bestie who has functional health background. With a background in inflammation and rosacea, she’s a great resource.

is an innovator that should be on your watch list. She is making waves by doing the work with case studies published and constantly advancing her knowledge. She’s helped so many FINALLY understand the importance of the skin microbiome and how to support it with home care and treatment plans.

It’s not about comparing or competing when you’ve been an esthetician for decades. It’s about collaborating and working as a collective. 🫶🏻
Year of the horse 🐴 make it a good one!

2026 will be my 20 year anniversary of becoming an esthetician, 12 years as a business owner, almost the end of my 30s, and my first full year as a mommy. Some may say I’m finally a grown up 😝

A friend asked me what my word for 2026 would be and I can’t think of just one - present, soft, gentle, loving, and fun all come to mind. These moments go by in a flash so I’m just excited to get the chance to enjoy all of them with you!

Happy new year 😍
A client can fight against falling asleep all facial but I swear that this move creates the most snores, twitches, and relaxed faces than anything else I do.

During manual lymphatic draining massage, we move slowly, methodically, and are on repeat. This lulls even the most active minds to turn off for a quick reset.

Even though I’m moving to create flow in lymphatic pathways, I know the side effects of this massage aid the nervous system. Which is the calm I want to create an atmosphere of peace for you and your skin to relax.

What these practices do for the skin is because we create a flow in the skin to looks vibrant but also create a calm in you where you become less tense and start to relax your facial muscles.

Anyway, thought I’d share 🫶🏻
